As a Digital Marketer, you play an essential role in building brand awareness, increasing thought leadership and growing our business internationally. You are responsible for all digital marketing activities that contribute to these targets. You are always looking for new, effective ways to find, engage and convert high quality leads. You do all of this in a data-driven way: testing, optimising, running digital campaigns, reporting –

all matching our ‘growth hacking’ mindset and way of working.

Here are some of the daily tasks you will focus on:

  • You are actively managing our thematic whitepaper and webinar campaigns in all international markets.
  • You manage and optimise our web environment and other online marketing channels together with external suppliers.
  • You are in charge of our online advertising: Google Ads strategy and day-to-day management of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
  • You are the marketing automation (HubSpot) expert of our team and the first point of contact for the sales team.
  • On a regular basis you analyse all marketing and sales data based on our set KPI’s, reporting to the business development team.
  • You maintain and optimise our SEO-ranking in our areas of expertise.
  • You have a good understanding of the different personas and customer journeys and you know how to translate these into effective and efficient lead nurturing flows.
  • Based on A/B testing, heatmaps and UX research you are constantly evaluating and finding ways to optime our online domains and campaigning approach.

You are a proactive self-starter capable of leading several digital marketing projects with limited direction. ‘Growth’ and commercial success is what is always on your mind and drives you in your day-to-day work. You are a creative thinker, up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, analytics and marketing performance.

Some of the things that characterise you are:

  • You have a true growth hacking mindset and skill set (testing, learning and optimising campaigns with the right tools and solutions).
  • You are tech savvy and know your way around all relevant marketing optimisation and data tools.
  • You have deep knowledge of Google suite: Google Display and Search Ads, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • SEO, SEA and email marketing hold no secrets for you.
  • You know your way with marketing automation technology (preferably experience with HubSpot).
  • You have experience with building social media campaigns (LinkedIn).
  • You have strong communication skills (both Dutch and English).
  • You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in digital B2B marketing.
  • An interest in branding would be a plus.
